Terms:
* Customer has to provide their artwork in software of "ai" or "jpg" (over300dpi). Otherwise, our company has the right to charge the artwork fee.
* The provision of printing the prices of 4 "x 4" size as a standard, if any change of the subject , the price will be negotiable.
* If customer cancels or rectifies the order, the sampling fee will be charged by customer. (sampling fee based on the production condition)
* The printing color and material of output would have 5% discrepancy compared with the sample's, there's may be +/- 3-5mm discrepancy on the product size, +/- 3-5mm discrepancy on the printing position and 10% discrepancy between the printing color and pantone color. The finished actual delivery quantity may have +/- 5%.
* Our company needs the customers' notification of warehousing or transporting to oversea one week before the arrival date, the additional fee is paid by customers.
* Delivery charge will be charged for order amount under HKD$3,000. (extra delivery charge for the non industrial/ commercial districts)
* Our company may take use of customer's bag for the promotion purpose.
* Customers do not have the right to terminate the order unless our company acceptance. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to collect the loss causing by termination of the order.
* The order will be terminated when the products cannot be delivered causing by natural disaster.
